Contract type: Permanent, Term-Time + 2 working weeks during holidays
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, 8.00 am to 4 pm Mon to Thurs, 8.00 am to 3.30 pm Friday – 30 minutes unpaid lunch break each day).
Salary: NJC Grade K Points 28 to 31 - £31,396 to £33,691 (Actual annual salary)
Full Time equivalent salary £34,723 to £37,261
The Role
The Corsham School Academy Group has an exciting opportunity available for an HR Manager and Executive PA to the Senior Leadership Team. Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, this position calls for someone who is highly organised, diplomatic and possesses excellent communication and administrative skills. In addition to providing PA support to the Leadership Team, the successful candidate will also be the HR Manager for the Trust, working closely with the School Business Manager/CFO to support the effective delivery of the Trusts People Management strategies. You will benefit from person-to-person interaction and relationship building, supporting employees directly, coordinating, planning and executing HR activities. The position also comes with the responsibility for line managing a very successful team of office staff within the Trust.
We are seeking an individual who has the following qualities and skill set:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a polite telephone manner
- Competent user of Word and Excel
- Previous HR experience, preferably within an education setting
- Previous experience of managing a Team
- Ability to multitask whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible, adaptable and resilient
- Be highly organised
- Caring, sensitive and responsive to the needs of our pupils and staff
