Hours/weeks:         Full Time role: 37 hours per week Mon to Fri; 39 weeks per year (Term-Time                                         only plus TD Days)

                                   Salary: £22,353 to £23,071 per annum (£13.47 - £13.90 per hour)

                                   Part Time role: 22.5 hours per week to be arranged over three days per week

                                   Salary: £13,592 to £14,029 per annum (£13.47 - £13.90 per hour)


The Role

The Corsham School Academy Group seeks to appoint two Administrators, one full-time and one part-time to provide student focused administrative support across the SEND department.

The roles will include a mix of the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinating EHCP annual reviews and My Support Plan (MSP) reviews, including liaising with parents, staff, the Local Authority and external agencies
  • Preparing and distributing reports, letters and documentation on behalf of the SENDCo
  • Maintaining and updating the SEND register and ensuring accurate record keeping
  • Supporting student tracking, progress monitoring and departmental reporting
  • Assisting with transition arrangements for new SEND students
  • Supporting attendance processes, including reduced timetables
  • Organising meetings, taking minutes and maintaining clear records
  • Liaising with parents, carers, staff and external professionals
  • Supporting wider SEND processes including provision mapping, surveys and feedback

The full-time role will have a broader remit, including supporting EHCP processes, external provision coordination and detailed reporting, while the part-time role will focus more on day-to-day administration, communication and review processes.

  • Have strong administrative experience in a busy environment
  • Are highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Can prioritise workload and meet deadlines effectively
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are confident using IT systems such as Microsoft Office and school systems
  • Understand the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding
  • Ideally have experience in a school or SEND environment
