Electronic Learning Environment
Introduction from Charlie Parsons
IT Strategy Manager

Our Electronic Learning Environment (ELE) allows all members of the school community to login and view content specific webpages. It is very similar to a company intranet site.
Students, teachers, parents/carers and members of the wider community all have access to a wealth of information, resources, shared work and daily content accessible on any computer at home and at school.
Students, at our local primary feeder schools, have been given access to a 'transition area' so that they become familiar with the environment, even before starting in Year 7.

The Parent Portal
Parents/Carers are sent their own account details and can login to see their child's attendance record, communicate easily with the school, access learning resources and specific websites for parents and download useful documents and forms. There is even a digital newsletter each month and a school Facebook page to keep you up to date with what's going on.

ELE has been created using the latest Frog Learning Platform Technology, utilising their award winning software. Specialist website consultants, Boson Media, helped visualise the School's overall web designs and created the stunning home page animation and virtual gallery.
